Job Description / Responsibilities
- Conceptualize high quality, persuasive ads to improve lead generation campaigns
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by researching and formulating visual storytelling techniques
- Understanding cultural nuances of audiences on platforms and devising a creative strategy that ties into performance marketing
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative ad copies that drive conversions, increases click-through rates, or impacts other key metrics
- Distill competitive creative into distinct features and develop campaign-specific creative strategies
- Guide the creative team to efficiently develop creative assets from concept through approval, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the performance marketing, business, and content teams to develop hypotheses, monitor performance, and iterate on timely ad refreshes
- Improve efficiency across the creative pipeline by reducing turnaround time while maintaining quality guidelines across multiple campaigns.
- Should be abreast of current trends with regards to creative formats/types.
- Measure success and course optimize strategy basis campaign performance and business impact
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the campaign and creative teams, maintaining creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
Desired profile of the candidate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of digital advertising experience, with 2+ years of experience working on a high growth brand/business
- Portfolio showcasing creative effectiveness in direct response campaigns
- Strong understanding of the creative performance differences between digital platforms
- Well-versed with the core concepts and variables that drive direct response advertising
- Engage in constructive creative critiques, while also being receptive to feedback; – Ability to think critically, rapidly conceive, visualize, iterate and tell timeless stories
- Experience using data and insights to unlock creative thinking
- Familiarity with the use of industry-leading tools to research competitor creatives
- Ability to break down a problem into core components and understand the ‘why’ behind it
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights
- Willing and able to contribute to copywriting in an individual capacity
- Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand
- Proficient communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work with cross-functional team
- Self-motivated, results-oriented
