Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Manage creative development and work with agency partners to create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
  • Candidate should be able to write an inspiring brief, evaluate creatives and give creative feedback where required
  • Work with brand partners and internal teams to create high-quality content that will be used to promote the brand
  • Create and update brand marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its business goal as part of the overall Marketing and Communications plan
  • Work in strong collaboration with the digital and sales teams to ensure that communication and content is in sync and brand visibility and salience is optimized
  • End to end execution of campaign and marketing plan along with collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Building strategic brand partnerships with other brands/organizations across multiple geographies
  • Translate partnerships into co-marketing campaigns and business goals
  • Analyze industry, competition, consumer and market trends and share learnings & recommendations on specific brand applications
  • Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
  • Measure and report performance of all brand campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Accountable for the overall brand budget and its performance across multiple cities
  • Assist in the coordination of market research activities that may be deployed from time to time
