Job Description / Responsibilities
- Should be able to work independently with multiple teams which include digital marketing ads, ads for various social media platforms
- Well versed in Brand communication and printing techniques of various brand collaterals
- Excellent working knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, colour theory, typography, design standards, is a must
- Exceptional ability to apply graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, colour theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale
- Ability to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and to create visual images that engage and attract
- Artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
- Create and execute design concepts and develop artwork for a variety of activities
- Should be self-motivated and able to manage the workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask.
Desired profile of the candidate
- To develop graphic designs, working in tandem with the Senior Graphic Designer and HODs of the company to ensure a smooth delivery
- The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable designer with strong communication skills specifically seeking a smaller environment to work in
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in multimedia companies/agencies
- Should be responsible for planning, monitoring, and designing on a varied platform such as online marketing materials, branding, layouts, brochures, etc.
Qualification
- Academic: B.Sc. in Multimedia or equivalent
Technical / Professional
- Expert in Photoshop/ Corel draw/ Illustrator
