Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Search, Social, Display, Native etc.
  • Buildout, analyse and constantly improve performance on campaigns through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization, and regular ad & landing page testing
  • Utilise a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models and KPIs/reporting systems to support marketing decisions
  • Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns’ performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy, landing page performance
  • Testing new channels and platform features to reduce the cost of customer acquisition
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital marketing – new channels, targeting, features, methods of analysis

Desired profile of the candidate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on these platforms: Search (Google, Bing), Native Content and Social (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs
  • Ability to excel in an extremely fast-paced and start-up like environment
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management
